These are the setup instructions for plsos.com internet and Email, for Windows Vista, in Versailles and Sedalia.  Remember that any little goof, like missing a dot, or a capital letter, or even a blank space in the wrong place, will cause the whole thing to not work, so follow as precisely as you can.

Throughout the process, annoying Vista Security pop-ups may keep asking if it's OK to continue.  Just click "Continue" whenever they do.

1. Click the Windows button. (Formerly known as Start)
2. Right click Internet Explorer.
3. Click Internet Properties.
4. Click the Connections tab.
5. Remove any old dial-up connections.
6. Click Setup.
7. Click Dial-up.
8. Type your dial-up number.
     Versailles=2074001 or 2071038
     Sedalia=5960005
9. Type your User-name, different than your Email address.
     Versailles= User@123dial.com
     Sedalia= User@e-dial.us
10. In Password, type your password remembering that it is case sensitive.
11. Place a check next to "Remember Password".
12. Place a check next to "Allow other people to use this connection".
13. Click Connect.
14. Once connected to the internet, click Close.
15. In Internet Properties, click OK.
16. In Network Location, click Home.
17. Click Close.
18. Click the Windows button.  (Formerly known as Start)
19. Click Windows Mail.
20. Click Tools.
21. Click Accounts.
22. Remove any old accounts.
23. Click Add, unless the Display Name window comes up.
24. Type in whatever Display name you like.
25. Click Next.
26. Type user @plsos.com.
27. Click Next.
28. For Incoming Mail type pop.plsos.com
29. For Outgoing Mail type smtp.plsos.com
30. Place a check next to "Outgoing Server Requires Authentication".
31. Click Next.
32. Type user @plsos.com
33. Click Next.
34. Click Finish.
35. Click Close.
36. Close Windows Mail.
