Advertisnet customers with the planetsos.com address, need to make the following change in their Email settings.

1.  Open Outlook Express.
2.  Click Tools
3.  Click Accounts
4.  Make sure the Mail tab is up
5.  Click Properties
6.  Fill in the incoming and outgoing boxes this way.  Under Account name, fill in your username, then your password.  Make sure the checks are in the appropriate boxes.

7.  Click OK, then close everything.
